Shipping

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping generally takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days before shipment.

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and rates may vary based on your destination country.

3. Are there any customs duties or taxes?

In most cases, packages do not incur extra customs fees. However, import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Tracking

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to check the progress of your shipment at any time.

5. My tracking number is not working. What should I do?

Tracking details can take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier's system after shipment. If your tracking number still shows no information after 3 business days, please reach out to us.

Returns & Refunds

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

7. How do I start a return?

To start a return, please send an email to reabteccompression@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return instructions.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Send photos of the issue and your order details to our support email so we can arrange a replacement.

Payments & Ordering

9. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as secure options such as PayPal and other standard checkout gateways available on our site.

10. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we cannot make modifications.
